Return unworn and undamaged merchandise for a full refund or exchange within 15 days from the delivery date for clothing and 30 days from the delivery date for all Arion products.

All items must be returned in original condition with all tags attached and original packaging, including branded boxes, garment bags, and dust bags. When trying on boots, please ensure soles do not get damaged.

RIDERZON reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet policy requirements.

Do you provide International delivery?


At this time we do not provide International delivery. If you live in Canada or Mexico please give us a call at  561-359-3112 and we can see about shipping your order.


How do I return an item?


Please send us an email at with your order number, your full name, your phone number and a picture of your requested return item. We will then send you a return label. For further terms and conditions please review our return policy above.

How do I track my order?


You can track your order by reviewing your confirmation email and clicking "Track Order." From there you will be able to view where your purchase is at in our process and be able to access the shipping number once the items ship.
